Due to the personalized nature of our products, all confirmed and approved orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If any product is received damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Replacement will be processed after verification.

Once branding and production approval is given by the client, the order is considered final.
