4. Payments

Orders are confirmed only after payment terms are agreed upon. Production begins once the agreed payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use logos, trademarks, and branding materials provided for customization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tactic Fox shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors including courier services, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
